About Battery Testing & Charging
A car that will not start is often blamed on the battery — but the cause can also be a weak alternator, a corroded terminal or something draining power while the car is parked.
We test the battery's health, charge it where appropriate, and check the charging system so you do not replace a good battery unnecessarily.

Battery Charging FAQs
How long does a car battery last?
It varies with climate, usage and battery type. Heat and frequent short trips shorten battery life. A test tells you its actual condition.
Can every flat battery be recharged?
Many can, but a battery with a damaged cell or that has been deeply discharged many times may no longer hold a charge. Testing shows which it is.
